Guarantee

1. Within 30 days from the date of order, after receiving the goods, if you find that the goods arrive in the wrong model, arrive damaged or arrive with fewer goods, you can submit a return or exchange application with relevant evidence.

2. If there is any quality problem, please submit the relevant test feedback report within 90 days from the date of order, and further inspection and confirmation by Hengruida (Yesmart) online mall to confirm the existence of quality problems before entering the return and exchange process.

3. For all products involved in returns and exchanges, please make sure to keep the complete original packaging and product labels.

Please note that we cannot make refunds in the following cases

1. Any product that is not sold by Hengruida (Yesmart) .

2. Any quality dispute caused by failure to submit relevant valid test certificate information.

3. Any used goods and shear product appearance damage, in addition to the occurrence of quality problems.

4.Any goods with quality problems caused by abnormal use and storage.

5. Non-quality problems within 30 days from the date of order, quality problems within 90 days, if the customer does not have any objections to the product, the product will fully meet the requirements by default.
